HAZMAT items (such as CO2 cartridges and weather-resistant matches) are subject to special shipping restrictions and may incur additional costs, or have limited shipping options.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are typically active within 48 hours after your order is processed.
Damages

Alpenglow Readiness Supply is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we do take responsibility for items damaged before shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at support@alpenglowsupplyak.com and also notify the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your order to protect against loss, damage, or theft in transit.
