DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If we are experiencing supply chain delays, shipments may be delayed by a few weeks. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shopping rates vary for orders and are calculated at checkout by our shipping partners.

Shipping rates and options limited for our HAZMAT shipments I.e. CO2 and Weather Resistant Matches and can incur shipping costs due to restrictions.

Custom shipping quotes available upon request.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours after receipt of a number.

DAMAGES

Alpenglow Readiness Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, Alpenglow Readiness Supply does take liability for items damaged before shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@alpenglowsupplyak.com and the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We highly recommend that the customer purchases shipping insurance for their order. This is insurance that your order will arrive and protect it if it gets damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES

Alpenglow Readiness Supply is not responsible for any customs or duty fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, import fees, etc.).
