Return and Refund Policy
Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original, unopened packaging.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, please include a note in the package with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Books with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, or items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

If the item(s) is being returned/exchanged due to damage, we may require photos of the damage before approving a return or refund.
Training & Course Refunds

Training and courses are eligible for a full refund if canceled more than 14 days prior to the class start date.
Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale/clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% of the value of the product will be applied to the return.
